Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the main policy holder once you have bought a policy with us 😔 This will involve a re-calculation of your premium as all of the policy holder details will need to be changed.
If the main policy holder is not correct**,** you will need to cancel and purchase in the correct name. If your policy started less than 14 days ago or has not yet started, you will be charged a £30 admin fee to cancel.
If you cancel after 14 days of your policy start date (your cooling off period), the fee will vary depending on your plan:
The cancellation fee for your policy could be between £60-£125 depending on when you purchased a policy and the policy plan you are on. For confirmation please review your policy wording which can be accessed in the document section of your app.
