If you've been asked to complete an ID check, you won’t be able to drive until you've passed it.
We only create your policy after you have passed your ID Check.
After you have passed your ID Check, you’ll be good to go! We will send you a text message to let you know that your ID Check was successful and only then will you be able to drive. Your policy documents will then be available to view in the app, or your web-based Marshmallow account.
