If you have the Marshmallow Original or Plus Plan, you can make a glass or windscreen claim by calling our claims line.
Making a windscreen or glass claim is quick and easy with the Marshmallow app.
You’ll only need to pay a small excess and even better, it won’t affect your renewal price or No Claims Discount 🎉
To find your excess amount, please check your Motor Insurance Schedule in your Marshmallow account.
From the home screen:
- Tap ‘Get emergency assistance’
- Tap ‘My windscreen is damaged’
- Follow the instructions on screen and we’ll take it from there
If you don’t have the app, you can claim through your Marshmallow account:
- Log in to your account
- Click ‘Make a claim’
- Click ‘Windscreen or glass claim’ to get started
When you make a claim, you may be asked who underwrites your insurance policy. If you don’t know, you can find out in the Summary of Cover document in your Marshmallow account.
You won't be able to get a courtesy car for windscreen or glass repairs.
If you have the Marshmallow Lightest or Essential Plan, then unfortunately glass or windscreen claims are not covered as part of your policy. If you need to get your windscreen repaired / replaced, other customers in a similar position may use an alternative provider, such as Autoglass or National Windscreens.
