We are a web-based company so all communications are online. We don't send anything by post, including policy documents.
Instead, you can view your policy details in the app, or in your web-based Marshmallow account.
If you would still like your policy documents posted to you, there will be a £10 charge for this. Get in touch by Live Chat, either through the app or the Help page on our website.
