If you're asked to complete an ID check, you have 6 days to complete and pass it before your money is returned to your account and your application is cancelled.
Make sure you pass the ID Check within 6 days of buying your policy so we can create a policy for you.

What happens if I pass the ID Check after 6 days of buying my policy?
In this case, you will still receive a text to confirm that you have passed your ID Check however, your insurance application will have expired and your money will have been returned to your account. In this case, you will not have a policy with us and will need to start again and get a new quote.
