You can upload your documents through the app or your web-based Marshmallow account. Here are the instructions for uploading a document.
Please make sure that you send photos of all the pages as our underwriters will need to see different information from all of the pages. We cannot accept just the new keeper slip and need to see the front, inside and back pages.
We understand that a new V5 can take some time to arrive so just let one of our team know by replying to one of our emails and we will happily help you out.
