There are certain documents that we cannot accept as proof of address.
These include:
- V5 (we may ask for this separately)
- No claims discount documents
- Driving licences
- Mobile phone bills
- Documents that do not state the date
- DVLA documents
- Payslips that do not state your address
- Bank statements that show the address was recently modified
