How much does AA breakdown cover cost?

When you get a quote from us, you'll have the chance to add on AA breakdown cover to your policy. 

There are 3 breakdown plans to choose from: 

1. Roadside Assistance - £39.99 a year
   
   You’ll get:
   - UK-wide roadside repair (unless you're within a 1/4 mile of your home)
   - recovery to a local garage
   - unlimited call-outs
   
   
2. National Recovery - £69.99 a year
   
   This includes everything you get in Roadside Assistance, plus:
   - UK-wide recovery
   - home start
   
   
3. European breakdown cover - £99.99 a year
   
   Everything you get with National Recovery, plus:
   - European recovery
   - UK wide onward travel after an accident
   - alternative travel, in the UK and Europe
   - emergency accommodation, in the UK and Europe

These packages also cover additional drivers who are covered to drive your car, meaning everyone’s protected in the event of a breakdown 🙌

I'm already a Marshmallow customer. Where can I find out about my breakdown cover?

If you’re an existing customer and have breakdown cover included on your policy, your plan will be with the AA or AXA. If you already have a breakdown plan with us, we’ll move you over to AA breakdown cover when you renew your policy.
